This role involves keeping the performance team's AI setup running, improving it, and taking agent-built solutions to production.

Responsibilities

• Keep the performance team’s AI setup running and make it better, including Dify with alerts and agents in Slack, MCP connectors to ClickHouse and other services, and managing model API keys and spending.
• Take what the team builds with agents (Claude Code, vibe coding) and get it production-ready in a maintainable form.
• Work agent-first: if agents wrote the code, agents maintain it, without rewriting everything by hand.
• Ship things safely: nothing exposed to the internet, nothing breaking.
• Build AI tools that automate performance marketing workflows and help the team move faster.
• Spot where a new platform or tool would make a difference, and own the rollout.
• Document our infrastructure.
• Help the team bring AI into their day-to-day work with templates, scripts, and training.
• Measure the impact of what we roll out: speed, quality, errors, and costs before and after.
• Work with our IT team on the company’s shared AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience taking AI/LLM solutions into production, from problem identification to real workflow implementation.
• A background as an AI engineer.
• Hands-on approach to designing and building things.
• A dev background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or similar.
• Experience building functional agent-based systems and automation workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing or working with marketing data.
• Hands-on experience with Dify or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Python, Docker, CI/CD, and handling secrets.
• Experience with SQL, ClickHouse, and ad network APIs (Meta, TikTok).
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and internal tooling.
• An understanding of gamedev.
