We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to join our team at GB2B in Warsaw. You'll be the bridge between business, product and engineering: turning ideas and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements our developers and QA can build on with confidence.

Responsibilities

Gather and document functional & non-functional requirements.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
Work closely with backend, frontend, UX/UI and QA.
Catch gaps and technical risks early.

Requirements

Experience as a Technical BA / Requirements Analyst.
Confidence in technical conversations with engineers.
Solid understanding of agile delivery and SDLC.

Nice to have

iGaming, fintech or other regulated industries, APIs & data flows.
