Boosty Labs is looking for a Middle Business Analyst with Web3/Blockchain experience.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and user stories
Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain projects, tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps)
Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Create process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate proposed solutions
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements with stakeholders
Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem
Assist in the creation of comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals
Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions meet business needs
Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing and validation of implemented features

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency projects
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other Web3 concepts
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language
Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Upper-intermediate or Advanced English

Experience with smart contract auditing or security analysis
Knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana)
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
