Senior QA Lead

This assignment involves providing services through an external staffing partner, supporting quality across the software development life cycle, and helping to achieve team-wide quality goals. The role focuses on protecting the player experience and delivering results in an agile development environment, supporting quality for an assigned area or product, and identifying quality improvements for the team's development process. You may also partner with remote QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery, identify and mitigate risks to feature delivery and product quality, and report on product quality to partners.

Responsibilities

• Triage, monitor, and prioritize the defect database
• Improve on methods of test execution at the initiative-level
• Continuously give feedback on content and code being developed
• Collaborate with different disciplines to introduce quality practices upstream
• Author test plans and oversee the execution of test coverage
• Work with and collaborate with external QA vendors
• Use Quality Metrics to escalate major issues
• Provide visibility on QA progress to Team

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience
• Experience designing and executing test plans
• Experience managing components of a defect database
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators
• Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data
• Experience using creative problem solving to improve process

Nice to have

• Development experience across several platforms: mobile, console, and PC
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)
• ISTQB Expert Level
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• ICAgile Test Expert (ICE-AT)
