Directs and is responsible for the strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities across all lines of business. Oversees the development of financial models, performance metrics, and business insights that support executive decision-making and long-term planning. Ensures consistent and standardized forecasting and reporting processes. Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance financial visibility, agility, and strategic alignment. Lead the development, review, and refinement of financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across all business units. Oversee monthly and quarterly performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
