Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for AI experiences, including Agentic AI, driving app growth
• Drive rapid iterations based on customer feedback and product data
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI capabilities
• Improve how the AI product experience and agentic AI works — from expanding accessible datasets to refining response quality and user workflows
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, beta programs, and analytics (SQL, Amplitude, BI tools)
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders to align product direction with business goals
• Continuously monitor AI/LLM trends and translate them into product opportunities

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B or core tool-based products with measurable business impact
• Experience with AI-powered or ML-driven products and understanding of how non-deterministic systems work
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product data and analytics tools
• Ability to deeply understand customer workflows and build products that integrate seamlessly into them
• Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers on architecture, logic, and data flows
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and early-stage product environments
• Strong product intuition combined with a structured, metrics-first mindset
• Active interest in AI trends and emerging technologies
• Fluent English (C1+)
