As a Lead Research Scientist within the LTX Partner R&D team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge generative AI research and enterprise-scale production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with researchers and decision-makers at client organizations to understand their core challenges and translate business needs into targeted AI research projects
• Conduct high-impact experiments, develop novel control mechanisms, and prototype state-of-the-art generative video, image, and audio concepts
• Partner cross-functionally with engineers, creatives, and product managers to bring enterprise-ready algorithms into production with a focus on efficiency and runtime
• Publish research insights and regularly contribute open-source code and models back to the academic and developer communities
• Write clean, high-performance, and scalable code while maintaining best practices for research pipelines
• Lead multi-group technical initiatives, mentor researchers and engineers, and guide collaborative projects from concept to execution

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong background in generative AI, with deep familiarity in video generation, image processing, and multimodal architectures
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects across multiple cross-functional groups and external partners
• Proven track record of originating novel ideas, executing rapid prototyping
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong passion for driving business impact and solving real-world user needs
