Svitla Systems is looking for a Senior Computer Vision and Deep Learning Engineer to join a global team working on cutting-edge AI-powered computer vision solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
Strong expertise in Python and modern CV frameworks
Hands-on experience with OCR, scene-text recognition, document understanding, or Document AI solutions
Experience with CNNs, Vision Transformers, and multimodal AI models
Solid understanding of systematic failure analysis and model evaluation
Practical experience deploying ML/CV models in production environments
Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with LLM-powered document processing solutions
Experience working with large-scale enterprise AI products
