Annapurna Labs, part of Amazon Web Services (AWS), operates like a startup but with the scale of the world's largest cloud provider. The Nitro Cards ("K2") are custom silicon and systems present in every AWS server, continuously innovating across new technologies, server platforms, and cloud services to deliver better performance, stability, and availability to global customers. The team works closely with Nitro Silicon, Firmware, and Software teams to optimize product value and accelerate time-to-market, using insights from large-scale production health data to continuously improve products and processes.

- Own the cooperation with K2 Supply Chain (AIS): work with K2-Supply (AIS) leadership to build and improve methodology, targeting maintaining supply health
- Handle supply issues related to unexpected shortages (greater than inventories) and engineering issues
- CM selection strategy: build scorecard; provide feedback to vendors/design-partners
- Provide inputs in K2 Supply Planning: be the engineering bar raiser to K2 supply plan (owned by K2 planner at AIS)
- Own K2 Program Management: guide K2 Program Manager, to own cross cards (per Gen) items
- Drive shared technologies (Ethernet, PCIe, DRAM) integration plan
- Work with partner organizations in AWS (e.g., NPD, AIS, HW-Eng) on per-generation plan with milestones, getting definitions from K2 owner, and Ethernet, PCIe and DRAM owners
