HAPIC LTD is an Electronic Money Institution authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus, providing payment solutions tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of HAPIC’s digital financial products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization. This full-time, on-site role based in Limassol Municipality involves defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features, and aligning product initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams; analyzing customer and stakeholder feedback; conducting market and competitor research; and translating insights into clear product specifications and user stories. The Product Manager will track product performance, manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and ensure that HAPIC’s solutions remain secure, compliant, and user-centered. The role also includes preparing product documentation, supporting go-to-market activities, and communicating progress to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in product management, preferably in payments, FinTech, or financial services, with skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements definition
Strong analytical and research skills, including data analysis, market and competitor research, and translating findings into actionable product decisions
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and sales, and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of digital payments, electronic money, or banking products, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the EU financial sector
Experience with agile or iterative product development methodologies and tools for backlog management, user story creation, and release planning
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to building secure, transparent, and user-friendly financial products

Nice to have

A relevant master’s degree or professional certification in product management is an advantage
Knowledge of Greek or other European languages is considered a plus
