About Bookinglane Bookinglane is a premium ground transportation company serving corporate travelers, executives, and private clients across the US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend suitable transportation options.
• Prepare quotes, follow up with clients, and manage reservations.
• Plan itineraries, including airport transfers, corporate trips, roadshows, and events.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and last-minute issues.
• Coordinate with transportation partners to confirm availability, vehicles, chauffeurs, and pickup details.
• Work with executive assistants, travel managers, and travel agencies on corporate bookings.
• Monitor upcoming trips and resolve issues before or during service.
• Keep client and booking details up to date in the CRM and follow every request through to completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client service, reservations, travel coordination, or hospitality.
• Fluent English (C1+) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional approach to working with corporate clients and high-profile individuals.
• Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury transportation, corporate travel, or vendor coordination is a plus.

We offer

• Full-time, remote contract position.
• Opportunity to work on an international product
• 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required.
• Salary from 1000 USD per month
