About Cyera: Cyera is building the security operating model for the age of AI, empowering businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model. Cyera provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. This role involves building product experiences security teams rely on every day, such as interfaces for exploring identities and access paths, and approval, monitoring, and audit flows of Agentic Access Management (AAM).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full stack features and capabilities across the Identity's Platform
• Build fast, intuitive interfaces for large, complex data: identity inventories, access graphs, and audit trails
• Own and evolve our design system, setting the standard for UI quality across the product
• Lead the design and implementation of architecture and infrastructure projects
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn complex security workflows into a clear user experience
• Participate in technical and code reviews and tackle complex problems across the stack

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade, enterprise-level products
• Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript (or similar)
• Strong backend expertise in at least one of: Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Proven experience delivering rich frontend and backend products end-to-end

Nice to have

• Experience designing and maintaining a design system
• Experience with cloud environments (K8S, Docker, DBs, messaging brokers)
• Knowledge of identity or security domains
