Design, build, and operate highly available distributed systems and caching platforms.

Assess architecture and scale platforms toward six times current traffic while maintaining performance and resiliency.
Improve caching strategies, dependency management, and active-active recovery capabilities.
Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines with rolling, blue/green, and canary deployments.
Manage infrastructure, configuration, secrets, and application deployments using everything-as-code practices.
Build performance testing, capacity planning, and release quality gates.
Develop observability, monitoring, alerting, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPIs.
Automate operational tasks and reduce manual intervention through scripting and tooling.
Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and lead blameless post-incident improvements.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with SRE, development, architecture, and client teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or production infrastructure.
Experience with Apache Cassandra, including data modeling, replication, consistency, tuning, and multi-datacenter deployments.
Experience operating and scaling distributed, highly available, and production systems.
Strong knowledge of caching architectures, performance optimization, observability, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on AWS and cloud-native architecture experience.
Experience with automated CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and repeatable deployment processes.
Experience with performance testing, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
Strong programming or scripting skills; Java/Spring Boot experience preferred.
Advanced English communication skills; Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, GraphQL, observability platforms, Kafka/MSK, and active-active or multi-region architecture experience preferred.
