An international technology company is looking for a technically strong and responsible specialist to provide technical support, assist customers and partners, and support projects during implementation and operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Support projects during implementation and after-sales stages
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate with customers regarding technical questions and requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Conduct technical consultations and product training when required
• Cooperate with regional and HQ technical teams on complex technical cases

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, networking, CCTV, security systems, or a similar technical role
• Knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, networking, or related technologies
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Uzbek is required
• Knowledge of English and Russian will be a strong advantage
