Requirements

10+ years of professional software development experience
Expert knowledge of C++ (C++98–C++17)
Strong experience with Qt5 / Qt6
Extensive experience in software architecture and system design
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows, including system-level programming and performance optimization
Solid experience developing and maintaining cross-platform applications
Strong knowledge of CMake and QMake
Advanced knowledge of relational databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite
Hands-on experience with database architecture, optimization, scaling, replication, sharding, caching, and performance tuning
Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems
Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
Experience with JIRA and engineering workflow management
Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
