🚀 HIRING: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with relocation to Dubai!

If your background is in fintech, banking, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, or AI product management — please do not apply.
We are NOT looking for: UAV integrators / fleet managers, Operations or project managers without hands-on R&D, AI/software specialists without hardware or embedded experience.

6+ years in technology leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, Director of R&D)
Hands-on engineering experience in UAV / drone systems (fixed-wing, VTOL, multirotor)
Proven track record in R&D leadership — building and scaling engineering teams
Full product lifecycle: from concept and system architecture to certification and deployment
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, or related field
PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA / MBA or relevant certifications
Experience in high-growth, startup-like, or fast-scaling environments
Fluent in English
Candidates must hold EU citizenship or permanent residency
