Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial Android development
- Expert-level Kotlin
- Coroutines/Flow
- Jetpack Compose
- Clean Architecture
- MVI/MVVM
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with feature flags
- Experience with large-scale A/B experiments
- Hands-on experience leading engineers or managing a small team
- English at B2 or higher for global meetings and collaboration with partner teams
- Product-minded: pragmatic and able to balance time-to-market with technical perfectionism
- A translator: you can turn product ideas into architecture and explain complex technical topics to PMs in simple terms
- AI-native: you actively use AI in engineering and look for ways to improve development workflows with it
