Andersen Lab is hiring an ML Engineer with German to join their team and build production-ready AI solutions in an international tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP).
• Build scalable data and ML pipelines.
• Deploy models for batch or real-time inference; monitor performance and data quality.
• Optimize models for performance, interpretability, and cost.
• Document workflows and ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years as an ML Engineer
• Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras)
• Core ML: regression, classification, clustering, validation, metrics
• Deployment: FastAPI/Flask, Docker; MLOps basics (pipelines, versioning, monitoring)
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• German: Intermediate+
