Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the platform.
- Collaborate with product, mobile, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable backend functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS.
- Experience with GraphQL Apollo using a schema-first approach with generated types.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, sequelize-typescript, Redis, BullMQ jobs, and scheduled tasks.
- Understanding of JWT and OTP authentication, event buses, idempotent task handlers, and monetary values stored in the smallest currency unit.
- 3+ years of backend development experience using NestJS or Node.js.
