This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, taking ownership of customer environments, and continuously improving the way infrastructure operates.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents across Microsoft-based customer environments
• Take ownership of technical issues from investigation through resolution, documentation, and customer communication
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, virtualization, backup, networking, and cloud services
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects
• Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and recommend long-term improvements
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with teammates on technical escalations and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of relevant infrastructure administration experience
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher
• Enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems rather than simply closing tickets
• Investigate root causes instead of only fixing symptoms
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to completion
• Value automation, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Experience with Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange
• Experience with Virtualization & Backup: VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V, Veeam Backup & Replication
• Experience with Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals
• Experience with Cloud & Automation: Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune

Nice to have

• Russian is a strong advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Fundamentals, AZ-104, MS-102, etc.)
• Experience with Linux, Google Workspace/GCP, SQL Server, SAN/NAS storage, Acronis, or IP telephony
