Описание

Stiltsoft is a product-led B2B SaaS company building apps for Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket. They are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop their flagship product Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence (TF).

Responsibilities

  • Full-stack development: from designing architecture, writing code, to adding tests on your code, and participating in code reviews
  • Build new features on Atlassian Forge using Node.js, TypeScript, and React
  • Occasionally, contribute to the Data Center version of the product built with Java
  • Write and maintain automated tests (Selenium, Mocha, JUnit)
  • Care about outcomes, not just output - think about performance, reliability, and long-term impact on the product, not just "closing tasks"
  • Help our technical support team resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Solid experience with React and Node.js
  • Comfortable navigating an existing Java codebase (DC maintenance, not greenfield)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools (they use Claude Code actively - they are looking for someone who sees this as a productivity asset, not a threat)
  • Collaborative mindset: share ideas, give constructive feedback, take ownership
  • English B1+ and professional Russian (they communicate in Russian inside the team)

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Forge, Connect, Confluence/Jira apps)
  • Knowledge of security practices (OWASP, dependency scanning, secure coding)
  • Java experience
  • Interest in contributing to open-source projects

We offer

  • A mature, profitable product with an active development: new features, product improvements, and engineering challenges, not just maintenance work
  • Ownership with the team - engineers are actively involved in technical, architecture and product discussions
  • Autonomy and trust - no micromanagement, no time tracking, minimal corporate politics, and a team that is comfortable discussing problems openly
  • Useful engineering practices - code reviews, security and reliability work
  • Sustainable and flexible work - predictable workload, remote/office/hybrid format, flexibility in planning your day, and no culture of constant urgency
  • Wellbeing support - home office setup budget, additional vacation days, medical insurance and fitness compensation, language courses, training and education budget, and internal Community of Practice meetups
  • Community involvement - they sponsor DevClub meetups, support open-source projects such as Webpack and JUnit, and take part in Atlassian community events

Hiring process

  • Their hiring process includes a screening interview, a technical interview, and a team interview
