The Construction Platform team in Tel Aviv is looking for a Product Manager to join their Mobile Experience team and help deliver outcomes for customers, owning key construction portfolio services within their mobile application. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of critical platform areas in a large, complex ecosystem, working closely with teams across the company to deliver meaningful outcomes for users. As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of engineering, design, and business, helping define and deliver mobile platform capabilities that enable better workflows across Autodesk Forma.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end mobile platform domains in a complex, workflow-heavy B2B ecosystem
Use a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development
Partner with engineering, design, as well as other product teams to define build and deliver impactful solutions
Translate complex problems into clear product direction, requirements and priorities
Use data, user insights and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success
Balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, focusing on high-impact opportunities
Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders in a large-scale organization
Help improve product quality and usability by continuously refining workflows and experiences
Stay close to customers and internal teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
Experience working with or leveraging AI-powered tools or features, with an understanding of their strengths and limitations
Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems
Excellent communication skills in English

Familiarity with the construction industry or related domains
Experience with product management for mobile applications
