As a Backend Software Developer, you will work on complex engineering challenges, high-performance systems, and multi-threaded applications that drive innovative printing solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend software components for a complex multidisciplinary system
• Develop scalable and high-performance server-side solutions using Java
• Design and implement concurrent and multi-threaded processes
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization
• Analyze and solve complex technical challenges and edge cases
• Collaborate closely with a small agile development team to deliver high-quality software
• Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Experience designing and developing complex software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and database technologies
• Experience with C#
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving software and hardware integration
