This role is for a recruiter who is comfortable working with technical profiles and understands that successful recruitment is more than simply forwarding CVs. You should be able to understand a vacancy, identify the right talent pool, find relevant candidates, conduct a strong first interview and keep the process moving until the candidate joins the company.

Responsibilities

• Discuss open positions with hiring managers and clarify requirements
• Search for candidates using , GitHub, Telegram, Habr Career, hh.ru and professional communities
• Use Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to find passive candidates
• Review CVs and profiles and conduct introductory interviews
• Evaluate motivation, communication skills and overall fit for the role
• Arrange technical interviews with relevant team members
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process
• Prepare and negotiate offers
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database
• Track market trends and salary expectations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of IT recruitment experience
• Experience hiring technical specialists
• Good understanding of common IT roles, technologies and terminology
• Ability to distinguish different seniority levels and understand basic technical requirements
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Confident use of and other professional platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously
• English B2+ for written communication and reading
• Proactive approach and responsibility for results
