We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate function, drive strategic acquisition through high-value partners, and own overall channel performance in the Forex sector!

Responsibilities

Build, own, and lead the overall affiliate strategy and high-value partner portfolio
Own acquisition targets, commercial terms, and affiliate channel performance
Develop scalable operational processes, advanced reporting, and key partner relationships
Identify and onboard top-tier Forex partners to scale global acquisition

Requirements

Proven affiliate leadership experience strictly within the Forex / FX industry (Required)
Track record of managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in channel performance metrics & scalable processes
Based in Cyprus (or open to working remotely within local time zones)

We offer

Compensation: $6,000 – $7,000 Base Salary (Up to $10,000 for an exceptional candidate)
