I’m currently looking for a hands-on Head of Product / Senior Product Manager to join a growing consumer product business.

Responsibilities

• Product Management & Strategy (70–80%)
• Operations & cross-functional work (20–30%)
• Product specs & roadmap
• Product strategy & prioritisation
• Customer experience & UX
• Working closely with Design & Development
• Operational product, inventory & backoffice systems
• Data/BI and post-launch optimisation

Requirements

• Strong product instincts
• Hands-on
• Commercially minded
• Comfortable owning decisions end-to-end

Nice to have

• Experience in game production, TCG or mystery boxes, ideally with product experience involving inventory
• Cultural fit from a smaller product team or start-up environment, used to getting stuck in and working closely with the business
