As the Director of Product at Similarweb, you will lead a team of talented product managers to drive the vision and execution of our product strategy for our Sales Intelligence product. You will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data, sales and marketing, operations and user research to develop exceptional Sales Intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, own and execute a high impact product strategy and roadmap for the Sales Intelligence offering
• Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market through research and interviews
• Plan, prioritize define and design features to realize the product and design vision with the autonomy to identify what opportunities we pursue, and what capabilities we unlock for our customers
• Partner successfully with Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Ops and Sales and Marketing to drive supreme product results
• Rollout features to our users responsibly utilizing user testing, closed and open beta programs
• Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate the features to achieve product goals

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS product company
• At least 3 years as a direct manager of product teams
• Progressive thinking paired with strong execution
• Impeccable product taste, and have shipped products with great user experiences at scale
• Brought a product to market and savvy about positioning
• Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• Captivating storytelling, superb communication & presentation skills
• At least 1 year of real hands on AI product delivery
• Hands-on state of mind
