Join a unique "startup within a corporate" environment at ServiceNow, where you will build an entire product category from scratch within the ServiceNow and Armis ecosystem, operating in the deep security and vulnerability detection space.

Responsibilities

Lead the zero-to-one product strategy and execution for a new deep security product category.
Collaborate closely with security researchers, cyber experts, and multiple engineering teams to define and solve complex security challenges.
Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to the outcome.
Communicate product priorities, build consensus, and drive fast-paced progress.
Integrate usability studies, cyber research, and market analysis into product requirements.
Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in the cybersecurity domain (e.g., deep security, vulnerability detection, and response).
Proven ability to work effectively with security researchers and understand complex cyber threats.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a scalable product roadmap.
Experience driving solution development through big-picture thinking, specifically when building new products from the ground up.
Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels.
