Nokia RAN Operations / NOC Engineer

We are looking for experienced RAN Operations / NOC Engineers with strong hands-on knowledge of Nokia NetAct, Fault Management, Alarm Monitoring, and 2G/4G/ 5G troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance and prioritize faults to meet defined SLA requirements
• Coordinate with Circle Field Engineers (FE) for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of problematic SRAN sites
• Handle network emergencies and coordinate with L2 Operations whenever required for investigation and resolution of complex faults
• Analyze and manage Trouble Tickets, ensuring timely action, resolution, and closure
• Guide engineers on configuration, fault management, and troubleshooting activities
• Perform proactive problem identification and Access Database audits
• Conduct Pre/Post Alarm Analysis, including Delta Alarm analysis, after project activities or network changes

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Nokia NetAct and applications such as CM Editor, Monitor, and Working Set Manager
• Deep understanding of 2G, 4G & 5G alarms and faults, with the ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution
• Hands-on experience in Nokia RAN Operations, NetAct, Alarm/Fault Management, Remote Troubleshooting, SRAN Operations, and 2G/4G/5G technologies
