Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Entra ID administration
• Intune-based device management
• Endpoint security & monitoring
• Windows administration and troubleshooting
• User access, MFA and Conditional Access
• Exchange Online and collaboration tools
• Employee onboarding & offboarding
• IT assets, documentation & infrastructure support

Requirements

• 3-6 months of relevant internship or hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Windows & basic networking
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud and security concepts
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma in IT

Nice to have

• Basic PowerShell/Azure knowledge
