Social Discovery Group is a global social discovery company developing dating and communication platforms. The company is looking for a Lead Content Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities

Editing and reviewing text datasets
Creating new text datasets
Testing new versions of the bot
Data annotation and labeling
Creating additional creative content

Requirements

English proficiency: C1 level or higher
Russian proficiency: C1 level or higher
Data editing experience, particularly with text-based datasets
Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training
Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines, including style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills: ability to identify whether a bot’s issue is related to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results, and propose an appropriate solution
Deep understanding of different audiences: strong knowledge of what works in conversations, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention mechanics
