We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for a private investment firm in Abu Dhabi. Ideally someone who has designed and operated highly concurrent, large-scale distributed systems - we're talking 20k+ RPS/QPS in live production. Open to any major programming language (Python, Java, Go, C++, etc) with a deep understanding of backend architecture, system design, performance optimisation, and networking. Particularly suited to Backend Engineers who have built distributed event streaming platforms and supported products at significant scale (high traffic, large user base).
