BUZZ is a European startup building a network of powerbank-sharing stations, expanding across European markets. We are looking for an HR Generalist who can help grow commercial teams and build internal HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across European markets, primarily for Sales and Business Development roles
• Build and improve onboarding, employee documentation, and core HR processes
• Support day-to-day People Operations as the company's first dedicated HR specialist

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR
• Proven hands-on recruitment experience across European markets
• Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams
• Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team
• Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations
• English B2+

We offer

• This is a hands-on role, with approximately 70% recruitment and 30% HR operations at the initial stage
