• Improve your teaching skills with experienced Kodland mentors
• Provide feedback on lessons and materials to the team
• Provide detailed and regular reports on student progress
• Enhance the learning experience and student engagement in the classroom
• Become a positive, influential, and friendly figure of Kodland
• Implement creative ideas to support students
