Senior Product Manager, Lab

The Lab runs like a small startup inside the company, turning ambiguous opportunities into shipped pilots and clear investment decisions. You’ll work with Engineering and Design, and coordinate with GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lab portfolio. Build and run a single, visible, prioritised portfolio.
• Set a repeatable prioritisation method.
• Design experiments that can fail cleanly.
• Run fast and ship just enough.
• Instrument every pilot to capture meaningful signals. Make the call.
• Secure the team per bet.
• Get ahead of GTM. Coordination with GTM is usually the hardest part.
• Hand over winners cleanly.
• Work AI-native. Use AI actively in day-to-day work for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis to move faster, while keeping judgement sharp.
• Drive discovery, experimentation and early delivery with Engineering and Design in the Lab.
• Make explicit Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill calls based on evidence.
• Own and manage the Lab portfolio through to initial pilots and evidence-based scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM to align positioning, enablement and go-to-market motions.

Requirements

• Senior PM with 0→1, incubation or new bets experience, or an equivalent track record.
• Strong product judgement and technical fluency: write specs and reason about feasibility, trade-offs, instrumentation and data needs.
• A proven record of running fast, scrappy experiments and moving from ambiguity to decisions.
• Comfort as the driver, with minimal delegation and maximum ownership.
• Strong written communication: concise decision logs, learning summaries and alignment artifacts.
• Practical use of AI as leverage for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
