You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving hiring requests and defining candidate profiles to offer management and supporting candidates through the onboarding process. Positions You Will Recruit For
IT Roles:
- Frontend / Backend Developers
- DevOps & System Administrators
- QA Engineers
- UI/UX & Motion Designers
Digital Marketing Roles:
- Media Buyers & Affiliate Managers
- SEO / PPC Specialists
- SMM Managers & Content Creators
Responsibilities
- Gather hiring requirements from managers and clients and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview stages.
- Manage offers, communicate with candidates, and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports.
Requirements
- 6+ months in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists is required.
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
- English level B1+ — written communication and reading.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
