Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Intern focused on creating viral reels, engaging talking heads video formats, and innovative podcast splicing. This role offers hands-on experience in content development and social media strategy to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Scaled production of about 20-30 reels per day
• Develop and produce viral social media reels tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create and edit talking heads video content to maximize viewer engagement and message clarity
• Splice and repurpose podcast audio and video clips for social media sharing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals
• Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future reel and video content
• Stay up-to-date with trending topics and content styles relevant to our audience

Requirements

• Enrollment or recent graduate of a related degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar
• Basic proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Strong creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
