This role is for a Senior Product Designer to join a small team working on an established B2C SaaS product, combining AI-powered UX, retention, and end-to-end product ownership.

Responsibilities

Own product features from problem definition to launch and iteration
Design AI-powered workflows and complex user journeys
Improve activation, engagement, and repeat usage
Use analytics, experiments, usability tests, and interviews to make product decisions
Work closely with product and engineering in a small autonomous team

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS
Strong UX and UI craft
Experience designing a product or feature where AI/LLM was core to the user value
Experience with retention, engagement, or recurring user behaviour
Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data
High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
Strong written English

Nice to have

Experience with productivity tools, editors, or other complex web products is a plus
