Own features end to end — shape the idea with design and product, build the frontend and the backend it needs, ship it, and follow what it does to the metric afterwards
Build the editor surface — from small UI primitives to complex stateful editor views, in performant, reusable React modules
Write clean, strictly-typed TypeScript with a strong bias for simplicity and long-term maintainability
Work across the stack where the feature calls for it: Cloud Functions, Firestore data models, security rules, and the API contracts between them
Turn design into interfaces that feel right — accurate to the Figma, accessible, and pleasant to use on a slow laptop
Integrate APIs, AI features, and third-party services — auth, payments, analytics — into flows that hold up when something upstream fails
Profile and optimize performance across rendering, bundle size, and real-time interactions
Guard security and privacy in your own work — authorization paths, tenant isolation, input validation, what gets stored, what gets logged
Review pull requests with care — catch bugs, improve clarity, and keep the quality bar high while several AI reviewers add noise around you
Improve tooling, the component library, and the team's agent workflows so the whole team ships faster
