This role requires a Business Analyst with extensive experience in enterprise application development, focusing on the Pega Platform.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega PRPC
• Strong understanding of Pega workflows, case management, case lifecycle, and business rules
