On The Spot is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join a U.S.-based B2B technology company developing an AI-powered skills assessment and workforce development platform. Their solution helps enterprises assess skills, identify gaps, and support hiring and employee development.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Mac/macOS devices using MDM solutions and Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Manage onboarding, offboarding, role-based access, and identity provisioning across primary SaaS tools
Oversee daily administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud-based software
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues for employees
Support cross-platform integration efforts with Microsoft 365 tools, assisting with the implementation of DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with macOS and endpoint management, including MDM and Apple Business Manager
Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Slack environments
Hands-on experience with M365 environments, with clear understanding of security controls such as DLP, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies
Strong English skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration with the US team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve user issues efficiently

Nice to have

Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance security operations and streamline workflows

We offer

This is a 6-month project role, with a potential possibility of extention
The role requires working closely with the US team, with working hours overlapping until 10:00 PM Warsaw time
