As a partner to procurement leadership, you will manage global Purchase Orders (POs) and lead operational and financial tracking for design and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage global Purchase Order (PO) creation, approvals, invoices, and budget tracking across an annual budget in the tens of millions of dollars
• Represent procurement in stakeholder meetings, presenting executive slides, financial summaries, and budget recommendations
• Explain budget decisions, project dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to engineering leads and managers
• Track external Statement of Work (SOW) budgets for engineering design, layout, and consulting services
• Monitor hardware deliveries, lab equipment, and electronic components to ensure timely receipt

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Operations Coordinator in high-tech or hardware engineering
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT, including Pivot tables and financial tracking formulas
• Experience creating executive presentation slides and clear financial reports

Nice to have

• Understanding of semiconductor and hardware engineering, development lifecycles, and operational challenges
• Experience tracking external Statement of Work (SOW) contracts or technical consulting services
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
