Pitch is a PR and career development agency that helps professionals build international careers. We are launching career consulting services and looking for consultants to help us develop this new direction.

Responsibilities

Adapt CVs and cover letters to meet the expectations of international recruiters
Optimize LinkedIn profiles for job searches
Review specific job openings against a client

-s background, identify what employers are really looking for, assess the client -s fit, and help position their experience effectively

Prepare clients for interviews and conduct mock interviews with actionable feedback
Advise clients on offer negotiations and career growth within a company
Focus on clearly defined services with tangible outcomes rather than open-ended hourly consultations

Requirements

You have hands-on experience with international hiring, having worked as a recruiter, HR professional, or hiring manager in the US, UK, or European markets
You can write CVs and LinkedIn content in English, either independently or in collaboration with an editor
You know how to assess a specific job opening against an individual

-s experience rather than offering generic advice about the job market

-re available to meet with clients across different time zones

Nice to have

Ready-made consulting packages or services you already sell
Experience working with clients in IT, finance, marketing, science, or executive leadership
