UiPath is a global enterprise software company specializing in automation and AI-powered solutions. The company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across the Americas, primarily focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales and Corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM, Sales and business leaders on workforce planning, role requirements and hiring strategies
• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and Sales roles across the Americas
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical GTM positions
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments
• Advise hiring managers and coordinate interview processes across regions
• Ensure an inclusive candidate experience and timely communication
• Represent UiPath at recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives
• Contribute to campus and early-career recruiting initiatives
• Collaborate with HR Operations and HRBPs to ensure smooth onboarding transitions
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and data privacy requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience across multiple roles, teams and geographies
• Strong preference for GTM and Sales recruitment experience
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using recruiting data, market insights and metrics to drive recommendations
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
