This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, configuring Service Cloud functionalities, and designing service workflows for clients across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
• Configure and optimise Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Service Console, queues, Omni-Channel routing, and service automation
• Design and improve service workflows, including case assignment, escalation, and resolution
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams on middleware-based integrations, including Informatica and SAP
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support deployments, and ensure solution quality, security, and data consistency
• Work with Customer Service, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
• Working knowledge of Service Cloud features, particularly case management, Service Console, and service automation
• Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, APIs, and integration best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work core hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
