Spacelift is a fast-growing technology company with a distributed team working across multiple time zones. The company is looking for an experienced People Partner with a strong focus on Learning & Development, coaching and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs
Coach managers and support them in complex people-related decisions
Handle challenging employee relations cases and workplace conflicts
Support organizational change and team development
Partner with business leaders to address people challenges
Build and improve HR processes in a fast-growing environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company
Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs
Strong coaching skills and experience supporting managers
Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change
Commercial mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, distributed environment
Interest in applying AI to HR processes is a plus
