WalkMe, an SAP company, is seeking an agile, hands-on Product Manager to join its product team in Tel Aviv. The company pioneered the world's leading Digital Adoption Platform, helping organizations navigate change across any application or system, and now drives AI adoption across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value
Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities, turning GenAI and agentic technology into features customers actually adopt
Learn what users really need through interviews, research and product data, and turn those insights into clear priorities and a focused roadmap
Work closely with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time
Partner with customers, Sales and Customer Success to understand their needs and drive adoption across the customer base
Define success metrics for every feature and track adoption and engagement after launch
Be the voice of the user in everything you do and help others across the company stay focused on delivering a great experience

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company
Strong technical orientation
Proven track record of taking features from ideation to launch
Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making
Customer-facing experience, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Professional level English, with presentations to large native English audiences at least once a quarter
Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release to enablement, proficient with product execution and delivery
Superb collaboration capabilities

Nice to have

B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar
Experience working with data or analytics products
Experience defining and launching AI-driven features
