Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior-level Trader Support Specialist to join the team and become the voice of cTrader!

Responsibilities

• Support traders via tickets, app reviews, Trustpilot, Discord, YouTube and other channels
• Help users resolve issues and answer questions
• Communicate user feedback and report bugs to Product teams
• Work closely with Customer Success on broker-related cases
• Help maintain a positive cTrader community and brand reputation

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in trading and financial markets
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Motivation to build a long-term career in Trading Support

Nice to have

• Experience with trading platforms, Forex/CFDs, Freshdesk or YouTrack
