Senior Payment Manager (LATAM)

This role involves owning and scaling the payment ecosystem across LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage fiat & crypto PSPs
• Negotiate fees, limits, and settlement terms
• Optimize payment routing and deposit approval rates
• Coordinate integrations with Tech & Product teams
• Monitor PSP performance, settlements, and reconciliation
• Reduce processing costs and improve payment conversion

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payments / PSP management
• Strong knowledge of LATAM payment methods (PIX, bank transfers, cards, e-wallets)
• Experience with crypto payments is a plus
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
