Responsibilities

• Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality
• Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time
• Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps
• Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations
• Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth
• Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues
• Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage)
• Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Dealing Desk, or a brokerage environment
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets
• Familiarity with trading platforms
• Python scripting skills
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks
• SQL skills
• Writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability
• Excellent communication skills
